The Time Required to Design a Unique Wedding Dress

by -

Dress Designer Brad Webb answers the question: How long does it take you to make a dress?

“Generally, I like to start making my gowns around sixteen to eighteen weeks before the wedding. It depends on the style and the detailing and what’s involved, but that’s a comfortable time-frame to work with. The gown is made over that period with fittings about every fortnight, and then it’s finished two weeks before the wedding.”
